The Keepsake Fingerprint Kit Information and T&Cs
Before purchasing our Keepsake Fingerprint Kit, there are a few things to be aware of.
Once your order has been placed, your kit will be posted out to you within 1-4 days. It is then up to you to create your special piece and post back to us with the supplied return shipping label. Once we receive it back at our studio, we will then get to work to create your pendant for you.
Making times vary between 3-6 weeks. Please note that this time frame is from when we have received the Keepsake Kit that you have sent back to us. There is no time limit for you to complete the kit.. It is up to you to be creative in your own time.
Each pendant is for you to use your own creative flare. You can have a double sided pendant with fingerprints on each side or just one sided. You will find instructions in the kit on how to create this. There is no extra charge for double sided pendants.
Fingerprints on babies aren't established until roughly 1.5 years old. For a clearer impression, you are best to wait until your special human is at least 1.5 years old. Elderly persons fingerprints also become less defined as time goes on. You can get creative and try their knuckle if you are wanting their unique imprint and their fingerprint isn't defined enough (this varies largely person to person).
It is important to read all of the tips and tricks provided in the kit on how to create a good impression. Please be sure to be 100% satisfied with your impression before sending it back to us.
The beauty with the kit is that you can keep trying until you get the perfect impression. If we believe your impression won't work, there will be a $40 fee to send you out a new kit but we will be in contact with you if this is the case.

There are no exchanges or refunds if you aren't happy with the imprint as you are the creative, the artist, when it comes to this design.
