Terms & Conditions
Sizing - We highly suggest getting professionally sized or purchasing a ring sizer if you are not 100% sure of your ring size. We do not process returns for incorrect sizing, exchanges only.
Repairs - If your La Lune Collective piece needs a repair, please email us at email@example.com for further assistance. Repair costs are on a case by case basis. Damaged or cracked stones are not covered.
Shipping - We are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance on your package if you are concerned.
Returns and exchanges:
- If you have made a purchase from La Lune Collective and have changed your mind an exchange is available within 14 days upon receiving your piece via mail and,
- Pieces are in original packaging
- Pieces were not sale or discontinued items.
- Your receipt is retained
- Earrings can't be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are not available unless a piece is faulty.
- Unfortunately no exchanges are available on jewellery pieces (Unless faulty);
- Purchased whilst on sale
- That have been worn
- Bought as a custom pieces
- Are earrings
- Earrings are unable to be exchanged for hygiene reasons, so please select your jewellery carefully.
- Exchange for change of mind via post requires items to be mailed via tracked postage, with a prepaid postbag for the exchanged item to be posted back in.
