As our jewellery is handmade to order, all sales are final.
We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds for change of mind.
We only offer exchange for a different size on our rings and bangles if they have not been customised (ie Initial Signet Rings, Initials on any jewellery and custom size).
We only offer an exchange if you order the wrong size bangle or bracelet that has not been customised. All exchanges must be returned in original packaging, be unworn and in brand new condition. Customer must pay for exchange shipping. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving the jewellery.

Please refer to product page for all hand making and shipping times. You will receive an email from us with your tracking number once your jewellery has been shipped. Be sure you check your junk folder incase it finds its way in there.
