Letterform Kit T&Cs

Before purchasing The Letterform Kit, there are a few important things to know:

Once your order has been placed, your kit will be posted out to you within 1–4 business days. It is then up to you to create your charm using the wax provided and return it to us using the supplied pre-paid return shipping label and satchel.

Once your wax moulds arrive at our Gold Coast studio, we’ll begin the process of creating your charm. Production time is approximately 3-4 weeks from the date we receive your completed waxes.

There is no time limit to complete your kit. The creative process is entirely in your hands – take your time and enjoy shaping something meaningful.

Your charm will be cast exactly as your wax is shaped. You’ll find full instructions and tips in your kit to help you create your letterform. You’re welcome to smooth out joins or leave them raw for a more organic look – this is your creation.

Please be sure you’re 100% happy with your wax before sending it back to us. If we believe the mould is not suitable for casting, we’ll contact you. If a new kit is required, a $40 reshipping fee will apply.

Prefer to skip the creative process?

If you’d still love an initial charm but don’t want to shape it yourself, simply leave a note at checkout saying "PLEASE MAKE" and let us know whether you’d like an uppercase or lowercase letter.
We will happily make the charm for you free of charge. Please note that this offer is limited to uppercase or lowercase initials – we do not accept custom design requests under this option.

As each charm is uniquely made from your design, we do not offer exchanges or refunds on The Letterform Kit. You are the artist in this process – so please be sure to love your wax design before sending it back.
