Whether you’re refreshing a well-loved pendant or giving your everyday rings a new sparkle, our Free Cleaning for Life service is our way of helping you preserve what matters most.
What’s Included
Your piece will be carefully cleaned and polished in our Gold Coast studio to restore its natural shine so it continues to look as beautiful as the day it was made.
Please note:
This service includes a gentle clean and polish. Visible scratches or deeper marks will not be removed.
Gold Vermeil pieces are not re-plated as part of this service. If your jewellery is showing signs of wear or fading, we offer a Re-Vermeil Service from $40.
How It Works
Simply send your jewellery back to us and we’ll take care of the rest.
You’ll need to:
Download and complete our Cleaning Request Form
Package your piece securely (please don’t send chains unless they’re in the original La Lune box. They can tangle or get damaged in transit)
Post your jewellery back to our studio
We’ll clean your piece and send it home to you, refreshed and ready for more memories.
